Birth

The beginning, that first day.
The responsibility of come what may.

In front of you this life in your hands.
Now the new life, now you understand.

That proudness you feel, tears start to flow.
Overwhelming sentiments as you sway baby to and fro.

That funny noise that she is making. Your love at first sight she is taking.

The realisation of what is to come. The sleepless nights oh what fun.

It doesn’t matter, nothing does. Your a parent now, what a buzz.
